FAQ
Please contact us regarding any issues with your order. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, please return it for a refund. We accept returns for any unused items that were not discounted or defective within 21 days of the ship date. You may contact us at customersupport@praistones.com or by calling direct (888) 507-2966 from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. Shipping costs are not refunded and return and exchange shipping costs are your responsibility. We will however, pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item). Returns are processed within 5‑7 business days of the package receipt and funds will be reimbursed according to the original payment.

Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to ship orders internationally.
Please call customer service to cancel or make any changes to your order.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Longwood, Florida. We ship UPS ground to all 50 states and depending on your location, your order should arrive in 3 to 6 business days. We do not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Large orders may require additional time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Longwood, Florida. Standard UPS ground shipping is free on orders over $125. Shipping is charged once per order.
We respect your privacy and do not share or distirbute your personal information with any third party. We may contact you from time to time about PraiStones products and regarding special offers. You always have the right to opt-out from our mailing lists.
