What is your return policy? What happens if I receive a wrong or defective product?

Please contact us regarding any issues with your order. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, please return it for a refund. We accept returns for any unused items that were not discounted or defective within 21 days of the ship date. You may contact us at customersupport@praistones.com or by calling direct (888) 507-2966 from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. Shipping costs are not refunded and return and exchange shipping costs are your responsibility. We will however, pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item). Returns are processed within 5‑7 business days of the package receipt and funds will be reimbursed according to the original payment. Where do you ship from and how long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Longwood, Florida. We ship UPS ground to all 50 states and depending on your location, your order should arrive in 3 to 6 business days. We do not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Large orders may require additional time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Do I pay shipping or taxes on my order?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Longwood, Florida. Standard UPS ground shipping is free on orders over $125. Shipping is charged once per order.
